Your new role
Self-motivated Customer Service Assistant to support the rapidly growing Regional Market South Region. The Customer Service Assistant position is responsible for assisting with reporting and data entry tasks.
This includes updating associate alignments in internal systems, generating weekly reporting to provide management with team / associate metrics updates along with other similar tasks.
The individual in this position will report to a Regional Market Service Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
Prior customer service experience 1-2 Years .Prior office assistant / administrator experience 1-2 Years. Banking industry experience preferred.
Recent college graduate experience showing administrative / computer proficiency also accepted. Completed High School Diploma
