Customer Service Representatives at Middlebury Hardwoods work closely with Customers, the Sales Team and Manufacturing to manage existing accounts throughout the Companys growing book of business.

Responsibilities will included, but not be limited to : Maintaining existing Customer Accounts Entering Customer orders accurately and timely into the ERP system Tracking and communicating with customers in regards to orders Answering a multiline phone system Work with Customers, Sales and Manufacturing to communicate concerns and address any issues that may arise Work closely with manufacturing team to ensure orders are made on time and meet specifications Production reporting Printing and distributing production paperwork
