Private Orthopedic Hand Surgery practice seeking highly motivated candidate to expand operations. This is an established practice, currently operating 3 locations around Chicago.

The right candidate must have a growth mindset and must be motivated to grow. We are not looking for an employee. This is a partnership track, serious inquires only.

• $700,000 Earning Potential as a Partner
• Guaranteed Salary -Based on Experience
• Sign-On Bonus is Negotiable

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Orthopedic - Hand ( ORTHO )

• Hand Practice Seeing Mainly Workers Comp Patients
• Collections Rate : 90%
• Easy Ramp Up for incoming doctor
• Referrals from 6 hospitals
• Full Marketing person to Bring in Business From Companies
• Call is 1 : 4, and is HAND CALL ONLY -Rarely Required to Physically Come In

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Orthopedic - Hand ( ORTHO )

• Board Certification or Eligible Required
• Need to have training in Hand
• Wrist and Distal Radius required
• CAQ Certificate Preferred
• Prefer Experience and Comfortable withWALANT Surgeries, Will Train

COMMUNITY Orthopedic - Hand ( ORTHO )

• Live and Practice in the Suburbs of Chicago - 30 minutes from Downtown
• Chicago White Soxs, Cubs, Bears, Bulls and Blackhawks
