Bridge Specialty is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team and oversee the quality of all products and services that our organization produces.

This is a remote from home opportunity.

T he incumbent will have the opportunity to contribute to ensuring business needs and performance requirements of applications are met.

The role requires technical skills across a breadth of technologies. Interaction with both user communities and the technical community is required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

Design and implement testing plans for products.

• Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services;
• Process product reviews and inform the project teams of defects and errors;
• Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team;
• Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress;

Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations.

Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED :

• Experience in quality control preferred;
• Understanding of agile / scrum methodology and how QA functions within it;
• Keen attention to detail;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Creative and innovative thinker;

Available for testing for production releases outside of normal work hours.
